Katelyn is a Junior Case Manager who provides assistance with the underwriting process to obtain the best possible offer for your clients. She works directly with 25 of the top carriers and their underwriters to ensure a process that is as seamless as possible.

Katelyn is a native to the Crystal Lake area and currently resides in Woodstock. She has a strong background in customer service and was a Visiting Angel caregiver for several years. Her medical knowledge as a caregiver is a great foundation for helping understand medical underwriting and the LTC needs of your clients.

In her spare time, she is a devoted aunt to many, a big fan of music and true crime, takes spontaneous trips to Chicago (ask her about her favorite grilled cheese spot, Cheesie’s), and captures stunning photographs of sunrises.
