Alex graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina this past May and she is currently working on getting her master’s. She volunteered all throughout college at the Richland hospital in Columbia, SC on top of volunteering in the community every Saturday. She has a vast history in the customer service industry which makes her a key part of the FSG team. She has recently joined the insurance industry and has obtained her life and health insurance licenses. She looks forward to continue learning and growing as a junior case manager.
